Responsibilities

• In charge of full recruitment cycle from preboarding to offboarding
• Coordinate with recruiters and hiring to ensure the right resources in place
• Run reports for monthly reporting
• Support annual performance management, claims management and annual increment

Requirement

• Degree in Human resource Management or relevant
• At least 4 years of relevant experience in Construction industry
