Job Description



• Participate in the conceptualization and detailed design of mechanical, electrical, and BMS engineering tasks.
• Support the Manager in project planning, budget control, and project execution.
• Coordinate with the main contractor and other subcontractors for BMS installation activities.
• Supervise a team of subcontractors, ensuring that their work meets acceptable standards of quality.
• Prepare site progress reports and necessary project documentation, including method statements.
• Ensure timely project delivery while maintaining a high standard of quality at an optimal cost.
• Ensure that relevant installation drawings are readily available for reference.
• Evaluate non-conformities found in products or work and determine appropriate actions.
• Resolve technical issues related to installation, commissioning, and testing.
• Take responsibility for the successful completion of projects and ensuring customer satisfaction.

Job Requirement



• Min Diploma in Mechanical or Electrical Engineering.
• Proficiency in computer usage and willingness to learn new software applications.
• Strong communication, writing, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to collaborate effectively as a team member or work independently.
• Exhibits attentiveness, thoroughness, and self-motivation.
• Demonstrates a sense of urgency and responsibility towards tasks.
• Working hours: Monday to Friday (9am to 6pm)
