Job Description:
Responsibilities :
Interview Coordination and Administration
- Coordinate all interview matters with agents or direct applicants (including pre-service sponsorship candidates) and hiring managers to ensure timely arrangement.
- Ensure candidates documentation completeness and upload the documents into the shared folders or send to interviewers prior to each interview.
- Post-interview status update in the system and provide administration follow-up to meet the time-to-hire target. This include preparation of salary package and employment contract within the stipulated turnaround time.
- Validate invoices and maintain the invoice tracker for TA team to ensure proper billing amounts prior to sending to Finance for processing.
- System maintenance and update including candidate tracking and selection update.
- Manage the relevant job portals and ensure timeliness in job posting to reduce time-to-hire. This include the followings :
- managing the recruitment system and tracking the sourcing and metrics for each requisition to ensure vacancies are closed timely.
- Managing and upkeep a centralised JD depository system in HR system.
- Monthly update to the Nursing Mgt / STP on the nursing manpower status.
- Timely post-interview follow-up with salary proposal, contract preparation and reference check till candidates offer acceptance
- Oversea recruitment trip support the end-to-end process for overseas recruitment trip; from ensuring vendors pre-trip interview arrangement to SNB overseas approval documentation and checking in with SNB candidates eligibility for SNB LE exam till result release. (Subject to candidates readiness, this role may involve overseas recruitment)
General Administration
- Track candidates documentation are timely received in the Recruitment Module or received via email for upload into Sharepoint for screening / interview and salary proposal preparation
Requirements :
- Diploma in Human Resource, Management, Business Administration or equivalent
- Proficient in MS Excel, Word and Powerpoint
- Meticulous and ability to multi-task / work under tight timeline independently with minimum supervision
- Team player
- Good communication and interpersonal skills, able to interact with all levels of staff
