Responsibilities & Duties:

• Install and configure software, hardware and networks
• Monitor system performance and troubleshooting issues
• Ensure security and efficiency of IT infrastructure
• Maintain and support essentials IT assets (PC, laptops, tablets, printers).
• Define and improve all system and network operations processes.
• Collaborate with vendors to implement, provide technical support for network infrastructure and networking equipments.
• Provide ongoing user support for current systems and Windows Desktops.
• Assist in preparing IT Budget, monitor and manage IT expenses.
• Travel to various locations to perform setup, upgrading and maintenance jobs.

The Talent:

• Diploma/Degree holder or equivalent.
• Minimum 2 years relevant working experiences in system/network administration.
• Well versed with Windows/iOS systems.
• Required Skills: Network Security, Diagnostic Test, Software Troubleshoot, Hardware Troubleshoot, MS Office, Video Conference.
• Hands-on experience and able to resolve a wide variety of IT issues.
