Job Description

• Drive customer-centric approaches and boost sales opportunities to achieve monthly target
• Provide excellent service and promote the stylish brand and lifestyle fashion to our customers
• Maintain in-depth product knowledge to effectively respond to customers' enquiries
• Support store operations by providing regular updates and reporting to the Store Manager
• Be a positive force to promote team collaborations and workplace culture

Requirements

• At least 1 year of retail sales experience or experience in FMCG or sportswear brands is an added advantage
• Energetic, customer service oriented 
• Good communication and interpersonal skills
• Experienced candidates with a proven track record in sales will be applicable for senior roles
