Working Hours: Monday Friday, 9am-5:30pm

Good Remuneration Package

Responsibilities:

• Prepare leasing reports, update market trends, space availability, etc. on a regular basis.
• Establish good relationships with agencies, prospects and tenants.
• Assist in the execution of property marketing activities, including video creation, social media content creation, etc.
• Assist in the leasing and marketing of property
• Arrange schedule for unit handovers for incoming and outgoing tenants
• Attend and assist tenants when they encounter any issues such as water leakage, equipment breakdown, lost keys, etc.
• Liaise with vendors to help tenants solve their issues encountered

Requirements:

• Minimum 2-3 years of related experience or customer service experience for end users
• Strong communication skill
• Customer oriented and good problem-solving skill
• Able to work on Saturdays when necessary
• Good to have a drivers license but not a must
