Job Overview:

We are looking for a detail-oriented HR Operations Executive to join our Regional HR Shared Services (HRSS) team, with a key focus on monthly payroll processing, invoicing support, and statutory compliance across multiple countries. This role ensures accurate and timely payroll execution, invoicing to clients (if under EOR or outsourcing setup), and supports the end-to-end payroll lifecycle, while maintaining strong coordination with finance, local HR teams

Key Responsibilities:

  • Handle monthly payroll processing for assigned countries, ensuring accuracy in salary computation, statutory contributions, and deductions.
  • Support monthly payroll reconciliation and reports for both internal and external stakeholders.
  • Ensure timely invoice generation and submission to clients for payroll, HR services, or Employer of Record (EOR) arrangements.
  • Verify billing data and prepare summary reports of payroll cost breakdowns for invoicing purposes.
  • Work closely with Finance to ensure proper tracking of collections and escalate discrepancies when needed.
  • Liaise with external payroll vendors or in-country HR partners to validate salary details, tax updates, and benefits information.
  • Maintain updated employee compensation data and ensure accurate input into HRIS and payroll systems.
  • Prepare relevant payroll documentation (e.g. payslips, tax forms, bank transfer templates).
  • Ensure compliance with local statutory and tax regulations for each operating country.
  • Support monthly and year-end payroll activities including audit, financial reporting, and statutory submissions (e.g., CPF, SSO, PIT, etc.).
  • Assist with continuous process improvement for payroll accuracy, cost efficiency, and service quality.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in HR, Accounting, Business, or a related field.
  • Minimum 2 years of hands-on payroll experience; regional payroll exposure is a strong advantage.
  • Familiarity with invoicing processes and client billing models, especially in HR outsourcing or EOR setups.
  • Strong numerical skills and attention to detail.
  • Proficiency in Excel and HR/payroll systems 
  • Good communication and coordination skills across teams and countries.
  • Ability to manage confidential data with integrity.
  • Proven ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines
  • Fluent in Vietnamese and English
