• Offer nutritional and health screening advice and consultations to walk-in clients.
• Promote and sell the companys products and services by educating, advising, and counseling a diverse range of customers.
• Provide health tests to customers on related promotional activities.
• Perform blood collection (phlebotomy) procedures for customers.

• Conduct bone density tests.

• Respond to customer inquiries and provide quality customer service.
• Develop strong rapport with customers to better understand and support their health needs.
• Passionate in inspiring people to change their diet/lifestyle to achieve good health.
• Manage overall inventory for the healthcare department, including stock ordering, receiving, and monitoring.
• Ensure the cleanliness and organization of product shelves and stock areas.

Requirements:

• Candidate must possess at least Diploma or Bachelor's Degree in Nutrition/ Dietetics/ Biomedical, Allied Health Sciences or Equivalent.
• At least 3-5 years sales experience in Health, Retail Pharmacy and Wellness Industry, having a proven track record for achieving sales target are welcome to apply.
• Possesses good persuasive and listening skills.
• Ability to multi-task, prioritize, manage time effectively, self-motivated and willing to learn.
• Able to work under pressure and work as a responsible team member.
• Must be willing to work during weekends.
• Required language(s): Bahasa Malaysia, English, Mandarin (an added advantage
