Customer IT Support Representative

• Basic IT knowledge
• Contact Centre Experience
• Customer Service Skills
• Ability to Multitask
• Ability to handle difficult customers
• Ability to draft professional email respond back to customer
• Familiar with smart TV operation and handphone application (download application/ install/ uninstall)
• Familiar with internet surfing on the PC
• Basic troubleshooting of PC and software
• Willing to work on weekends and Public Holiday
• Working hours 8:30am to 8:30pm / 1pm to 1am
• Rotating shift (2 days work 2 days off)
• Working location at Kaki Bukit office
