Helpdesk Support Engineer (East/1 year contract)

 Job Description:

Responsibilities:

  • Provide technical assistance and support related to computer systems, hardware, or software
  • Respond to queries, run diagnostics, isolate problems, determine and implement solutions
  • Respond to user queries raised via the helpdesk ticketing system (Freshservice)
  • Follow up with users to ensure full resolution of issues raised
  • Run reports to analyse common issues and problems raised by users
  • Remotely access hardware or software to f ix issues support remote offices
  • Install, modify, update and repair computer hardware and software
  • Respond to email, phone calls and walk-in for users requesting for technical assistance
  • Organise and file documentation pertaining to warranties and instructional guides for computer systems
  • Provide assistance to hardware and software related projects
  • Maintain an inventory list of computer systems, software, and peripherals deployed in the organization
  • Performing any other tasks or assignment in connection with IT services

Requirements

  • Dip with 1- 3 years of IT helpdesk experience
  • Good communication skills and ownership with ability to manage stakeholders.
  • 1 year contract near Spore Expo with full benefits and completion bonus
  • 5 days week
