Snr HR Specialist (L&D/TA)
Job Description:
- Implement learning strategies/roadmap and programme that are aligned to the organisations objectives.
- Coordinate and assist in the execution of learning programme by embracing various training methods (e.g. coaching, job-shadowing, online training), developing and delivering some inhouse learning programme, liaison of L&D programme contracts with vendors and assessing the success of the training plans.
- Work in collaboration with business and HR team to identify training needs, recommends, develops and delivers appropriate trainings programmes, team building activities, in house bonding projects.
- Assist in the development and implementation of talent management strategies
- Develop, implement, and maintain talent acquisition strategies and processes to meet current and future business hiring needs and ensuring a positive experience for both internal and external candidates and stakeholders. The key talent acquisition initiatives include but not limited to employer branding, campus outreach and network, selection tools and interview guide and assessments.
- Be a subject matter expert for Talent Acquisition team in terms of sourcing channels, special job media campaigns, advanced search capabilities, pipelines, and run Talent Acquisition analytics.
- Process and provide administrative support for both L& and TA programmes and initiatives
- Compile and analyse data, key statistics and trends for L&D and TA, to provide continual improvement to the current processes.
Requirements:
- Deg with 3-5 years of relevant experience in L&D/TA or Talent Management
- Experience in driving and supporting learning and development initiatives in a results-measured environment
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills and relationship management skills at all levels
- Execution focused - ability to translate concept into implementation
- Keen attention to detail, resourceful and highly organized
- Highly motivated, can work independently and deliver results in high quality
- Possess analytical thinking skills, proactive and open-minded
- HRIS experience in SAP and/or Workday would be an added advantage
- Able to work independently and in a team to deliver results under tight timelines
- Proficient in Microsoft Office with excellent MS Excel and PowerPoint skill
- 5 days week @ Alexandra
