Responsibilities:

• Manage, supervise and guide the design engineers and drafting team on precast design, detailing and drawings
• Plan, check, monitor and report on design progress
• Manage process of exchange, collaboration and coordination of design related information and matters with contractors, consultants and other stakeholders
• Coordinate and liaise with contractors and consultants on submissions, updates and changes of precast design and shop drawings as per requirements and to ensure timely submission
• Ensure optimize design solutions in compliance with regulatory framework, contractual and buildability requirements
• Review and update office drafting and modelling processes and related digitization processing as part of a constantly improvement work standards, processes and techniques
• Maintaining drafting standards and workflows in accordance to company standards
• Oversee and review precast shop drawings with engineers and drafting team from time to time to ensure accuracy and precision of the design and drawings
• Oversee design engineers and drafting teams efficiency and productivity
• Provide technical support and guidance to design engineers

Requirements:

• Degree in Civil Engineering
• At least 5-6 years of Consultation/Design background or related experience
• Experience in Precast is added advantage
• Ability to work in fast paced environment, multi task and well organized
