Responsibilities:

• Oversee a team of payroll executives in Payroll Administration including tax filing and statutory contributions / claims for Group of Companies in SEA region and responsible for payroll processing of a business unit.
• Support the annual salary review and bonus exercise including the preparation of letters.
• Ensure the effective maintenance of all appropriate records, including HR systems and other databases.
• Support in both internal and external reporting requirements including participation in statutory and compensation / benefits surveys etc.
• Support the Payroll harmonization initiative for SEA, liaise with end users and HRIS for any system issue.
• Review the HR Shared Services process workflow (onboarding, off-boarding and other employee life cycle events) for effective and efficient delivery of quality HR services while enhancing the employee experience.
• Cultivate a culture of teamwork within HR Shared Services team and gain trust from other stakeholders.
• HR projects as and when assigned.

Requirements:

• Diploma or Degree (Business Studies / HRM) or equivalent
• At least 5 years of relevant experience in payroll processing and HR Shared Services of which at least 3 years in leading team
• Experience in handling large headcount
• Proficient in Times Payroll Software and/or Workday
• Familiar with SEA employment related statutory guidelines
• Experience in leading a team
• A collaborator with the mindset of providing good employee experience
