Job Description:

Key Roles and Responsibilities
- Support the Assistant Director, HR in developing a learning & development strategy Assist in the implementation of onboarding & induction programmes
- Support and implement learning needs analysis and learning plans and monitor the utilization of training budget
- Develop and manage the learning management system
- Oversee scholarship, sponsorship, internship, overseas conferences etc
- Support the development and implementation of leadership development programmes, core values training, mentoring programmes etc
- Plan and implement service excellence programmes, projects and awards
- Generate quarterly L&D reports
- Other ad-hoc duties as assigned
Requirements
- University degree
- Minimum 3 years experience in learning and development in a healthcare setting
- Proficient in Microsoft Office applications
- Well-versed with HR-Learning Management systems
- Possess strong communications and interpersonal skills
- A self-motivated, resourceful and independent worker.
- A strong team player
- Experience in stand-up training and facilitation would be an advantage
