Responsibilities:

• Expedite and processing of monthly payroll, payments and deductions for all staff (250 to 350 headcounts)
• File yearly income tax and ad-hoc cases for foreign resignees;
• Process resignation and computations of last salary payment for all staff;
• Process CPF and ensure timely submission;
• Work closely with Finance to reconcile monthly payroll report;
• Liaise with broker on all insurance matters for GHS, WICI and PA, eg claims, etc;
• Ensure that WICI reporting and claims are submitted on time;
• Process medical/dental claims and ensure that government claims, eg NS make up claim, childcare leave claims etcare submitted on time;
• Ensure accurate and timely updating and maintaining of employees information in the payroll system;
• Responsible for the maintenance of HRIS;
• Responsible to liaise with Auditors on payroll related queries/requests;
• Monitor staff vaccination status and liaise with clinic to send staff for the vaccines;
• Assist to complete Compensation and Benefit related surveys as required by relevant authorities, eg MOM, AIC, etc
• Assist in the annual performance appraisal exercise;
• Any other duties as assigned.

Requirement

• Diploma or Degree in Human Resource or any related discipline;
• Min 5 years of related experience, with knowledge of HRIS;
• Experience from healthcare industry, government board or manufacturing industry plus point
• Familiar with Singapore Employment Law, CPF and IRAS Regulations;
• Good computer knowledge of MS Word and Excel;
• Pleasant personality and professional with flexible mind-set;
• Ability to multi-task and meet deadlines;
• Attention to detail and strong numeracy skills;
• Good interpersonal and communication skills.
