The Quality Manager is responsible for ensuring the highest quality of products and services delivered to our customers. This includes developing, implementing, and managing quality assurance systems, as well as driving continuous improvement initiatives. The Quality Manager will also be responsible for conducting regular audits, analyzing data and trends to identify issues, and managing customer complaints.

Responsibilities:

• Develop and maintain the company Quality Management System (QMS)
• Develop quality objectives that align with organizational goals
• Plan and manage internal audits to ensure compliance with QMS standards
• Analyze data and trends to identify areas of improvement or potential problems
• Establish procedures for corrective actions when nonconformities in products or processes are identified
• Lead customer complaint management process; investigate root cause and implement corrective actions to prevent reoccurrence
• Monitor supplier performance; assess supplier conformance with customer requirements
• Train employees on quality procedures
• Ensure compliance with applicable laws, regulations and standards (e.g. ISO 9001)

Requirements:

• Minimum Degree
• At Least 8 years of relevant experience
• Experience in ISO9001, ISO14001, ISO18001, IATF16949
