Responsibilities:

• Drive further development of our PLC / programmable controller offer within the scope of product maintenance (analogue and digital circuit technology as well as power electronic circuit components)
• Selection of suitable replacement parts for obsolete or no available electronic components
• Preparation and provision of data as a basis for the decision of the Board of change committee (BoC) regarding technical feasibility, risks and an effort estimation
• Fault analysis on electrical assemblies and circuit diagram creation/modification with ECAD tools
• Definition of procedures and test descriptions or definition of acceptance criteria for verification tests
• Specify, plan, carry out and document test and verification at component, function and device level
• Internal communication/ coordination with mechanical design, PCB layout, quality department, purchasing and industrialization
• Creation or updating of development documentation and participation in national and international project / team meetings

Requirements

• Min Bachelor degree in Electrical, Electronic Engineering with 5 years of experience in Hardware Design.
• Knowledge and experience in Cadence, Allegro
• Deep knowledge in digital Electronic Design including highspeed constraints
• Analytical approach to identifying the causes of errors
