Position: Operation Manager

Role: Sales Operation & Inventory Management, Assets Management

Direct report to County Manager (German)

Subordinate: 5 Sales Administration Team

Key Responsibilities:

• To manage all the sales Admin 
• Responsible for Sales Department all documentations (billing, invoice, DO, FA documentations etc.) including management reports
• Carry out an efficient documentation and filing system for both paper and electronic records
• SME for Salesforce CRM & SAP system
• Responsible for monthly and quarterly Sales Team commission & incentives calculation
• Establish and maintain business standards for accuracy, productivity and reliability
• Manage existing customer retention and be involved in selective Key Accounts negotiation
• Control Asset returns (forklift), forklift refurbishment, and idle forklift movement to optimize equipment utilization and profitability
• Responsible for Forklift inventory and fixed asset records
• Involved in stock replenishment planning, including sourcing of local options.
• Manage the daily functions of the business
• Prepare annual performance review and reevaluate processes
• Ensure regulatory, compliance and legal rules are followed
• Take part in strategic planning, budgeting, and result reviews / Manage budget to align with goals of business
• Work with other stakeholders in any activities.

Job Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in business administration, Operation management or a related field.
• Can communication in English is advantage
• 5-7 years of experience in operation management level
• Have experience from Material handling Products, Automotive, Heavy Industrial products or related industry.
• Proficiency in SAP / Salesforce
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Ability to manage Trucks movement to optimize the equipment's utilization & profitability
• Excellent communication and presentation skills to engage with stakeholders effectively
