Responsibilities:

• Manage end-to-end recruitment processes, working with People Experience Business Partners, hiring managers and external recruiters
• Develop, implement, and maintain talent acquisition strategies and processes to meet current and future business hiring needs. Ensuring a positive experience for both internal and external candidates and stakeholders.
• Work on key talent acquisition initiatives that include but not limited to employer branding, campus outreach and network, selection tools and interview guide and assessments.
• Engage in and manage sourcing channels, advanced search capabilities, pipelines, and run Talent Acquisition data.
• Ensure that each stage of the recruitment process is completed within the required time frame
• Create, build, and maintain networks of potential passive candidates to fill future anticipated and planned roles
• Prepare recruitment-related documents such as offer letters, contracts, and reference checks. Generate reports and metrics on recruitment activities
• Assist in the development and implementation of talent management strategies
• Assist in the management of talent programmes including recruitment, assessment, onboarding and development of talents
• Compile and analyse data, key statistics and trends for L&D and TA, to provide continual improvement to the current processes.
  

Requirements:

• Bachelors degree in Human Resources Management, Psychology or Business Management or other related disciplines
• 2-3 years of relevant working experience as a HR Specialist either in a Talent Acquisition, or as a HR Generalist handling recruitment
• Experience in using Workday would be preferred
• Knowledge in Employment Act, HR applications and statutory requirements
• Able to work in a fast paste environment
