Our client is an IT Solutions company based in China looking for a Country Manager for a newly set up pioneer team in Singapore

Responsibilities:

• Responsible to develop sales strategy plans & marketing policies and implement them accordingly based on company annual business plan & strategic planning
• Responsible for the daily operation & management of various departments of Singapore company
• Manage, develop & cultivate sales teams
• Responsible for management of the Sales Teams, provide guidance & controlling the progression & results of the sales activities.
• Participating in relevant local & overseas exhibition/ Expo to grasp market trend, market conditions & insights

Requirement:

• Degree
• At least 7 years of experience in the IT industry
• At least 3 years of Sales team management experience
• At least 3 years of IT Sales experience
• Familiar with IT project customization, IT solutions providing, and system integration sales experience
• Proficient in English & Mandarin to coordinate with China counterparts.
