Responsibilities:

• Responsible for looking into all aspects of space utilization, physical security compliances and security operations for Central Offices. 
• Responsible to carry out administrative duties on property and security matters.
• Management and administration of security
• Manage physical security operations at multiple key infrastructure facilities.
• Develop and implement policies, protocol and procedures to maintain full compliance with the prevailing legislative acts and regulatory requirements for security operations. To monitor and ensure these compliances.
• Conduct regular inspections at all the CO premises for potential security breaches (the inspections include after office hours, if need be)
• Evaluate the effectiveness of site security operations and provide recommendations for improvements.
• Plan and manage physical security projects and tasks to timely completion within budget.
• 24/7 operational readiness. Respond to security incidents and conduct
• investigations, if any.
• Any task which may be assigned from time to time

Requirements:

• Diploma or Bachelor's Degree in an Engineering discipline, or a security related diploma
• Minimally a PLRD licensed Security Supervisor
• Minimum of 10 years of experience in the Security industry, with at least 5 years of managing a 24/7 Security Operations Centre environment.
• Preferably with at least 3 years of related experience in PA/PP environment
• Ability to multi-task and complete assignments concurrently in a fast-paced environment.
• Experienced in working with mission critical facilities, fixed network and government agencies would be an added advantage
• Possess good interpersonal and communication skills, able to work under pressure in a fast paced and dynamic environment
• Computer literate with knowledge of MS Word, Excel and PowerPoint
• 5 days office work week, able to standby 24/7 for emergency call outs
