Working Hours: Monday - Friday, 8.30am 5.30pm

Job Responsibilities:

• Check the generated daily purchase order ( P/O) and EDI data
• Negotiate the delivery schedule with factories, ensure accurate order fulfilment and timely delivery
• Follow up order cancellation
• Follow up delivery plan and shipping method
• Good documentation and coordination skills.
• Coordinate with Sales and factory when there is any issue on material, production capacity etc.
• Coordinate with Sales and factory for urgent order, pull in or push out order.

Requirements:

• At least Diploma with 2-3 years of relevant working experience
• Ethical, meticulous, possess an eye for detail, a good analytical mind, and good interpersonal skills.
