Job Description:

Repair

Analyze errors independently

Identify needed spare parts, agree and arrange on order with customers

Carry out repairs (e.g. mechanics, electronics, hydraulics, control technology, pneumatics)

Agree on solutions with experts from own area and Regional Service Center

Documentation of carried out service missions

Installation/Commissioning

Prepare installation together with customer

Mechanical and electrical installation of the equipment

Commissioning of the installation

Providing operator training on site

Preventive maintenance

Preventive maintenance according to servicing list

Advice customers about necessary repair work, if necessary agree on spare parts with customer and order them

Documentation of carried out maintenance work

Further responsibilities

Carry out relocation and retrofitting

Carry out Service-Updates and data protections

Requirement

A professional Engineering qualification in Mechanical/Mechatronic/Electrical Engineering as Bachelors Degree or Polytechnic Diploma or equivalent

Working experience in Repairing, Commissioning and Installing of CNC Sheet Metal Punching /Laser cutting machine.

1 4 years of relevant experience

Anticipates problems and takes actions to resolve them

Cooperates and shares information and knowledge, offers support to colleagues
