Role Summary

As a Field Specialist, you'll be providing field support to assigned project. You'll assist to resolve problems and ensure our products helps to perform and maintain efficiently during operations. You'll also required to collaborate with other functional teams to ensure customer satisfaction is fulfilled accordingly.

Essential Responsibilities

• Install, calibrate and maintain chemical feed equipment and process monitoring equipment at customer site.
• Provide routine service and support regarding sample collecting, pump maintenance, chemical feed, and calibration etc.
• Assist Sales Representatives, engineer with start-ups of new applications in both existing customers and in new accounts.
• To perform lab analysis, troubleshooting and provide technical support to customers.
• As needed, execute required chemistry tests, log and report data, and maintain product inventories at customer accounts.

Qualifications/Requirements

• Have Minimum Diploma in Chemical Engineering or Chemistry/Industrial Chemistry or equivalent.
• Have extensive 3 years experience in Oilfield Chemical & Onshore Operation
• Have good product line knowledge in addition to meeting the competency requirements for Downstream Chemicals
• Have thorough understanding of production, onshore process and production chemical application and production chemistry related.
• Have ability to work and communicate and mix well with people especially within customers community.
• Have good interpersonal skills and ability to work under pressure in onshore environment.
