Job :

Attend to the needs of staffs to ensure target is achieved during the shift

Daily production planning to meet cycle time and shipment requirement

Address line issues relating to manufacturing by implementing full proof action and system fix

Plan for material preparation to support daily WIP

Remnant dies / wafer management

Support Engineering builds and lots with requirement

Follow up PE on lot disposition and actions needed for ABN lots

Shift report generation

Manage manufacturing staff attendance and leave applications on daily basis

Requirements:

At Least a Diploma in Electrical / Electronic Engineering

Minimum 3 year of experience in an semicon manufacturing environment

Self-motivated with strong analytical skills and logical thinking

Able to lead a group of operators supporting production line
