Senior Commercial Customer Service Executive

 Job Description:

Location: Loyang
Working Hours: Mon- Thurs 740am 0535pm, Fri 740am- 255pm
Basic Up to $4500 + AWS + Bonuses

Job Responsibilities

  • Handle all administrative tasks relating to customers' repair orders (create, maintain, quotation, invoicing).
  • Regularly update customers on repair orders status and expected delivery dates.
  • Co-ordinate all customers' enquiries with cross-functional teams and provide quality and timely responses.
  • Prepare repair/overhaul quotations and liaise with customers till acceptance.
  • Close and Invoice customers' repair orders promptly.
  • Perform repair order costing and profitability analysis.
  • Perform back up services (coverage) for other Commercial
  • Customer Service Executives (CCSE) during their absence.
  • Active contribution to Continuous Improvement Project
  • Perform any other duties as assigned.

Job Requirement

  • Diploma or Degree holder
  • 3-4 years' customer service experiences in a fast pace environment.
  • IT Proficient (Microsoft Excel)
  • Team player with ability to work independently to meet deadlines.
  • Good communication skills
