Responsibilities

• General and administrative duties
• Ordering of office stationery, office pantry & supplies, office packing material
• Process, Distribution, Turbines, LNG spare parts
• Creation of quotation for spare part inquiry from customer
• Processing of order/PO from customer
• Opening of SO/WO for customer
• Opening of PO to office in France (occasionally USA, UK, China)
• Packing of parts for customers orders from Singapore stock which involve printing staging list, work order label, inventory adjustments
• Processing of consignment notes DHL, UPS, TNT & forwarder for all delivery of shipment from Singapore
• Monitor and follow up on all delivery schedules ex France for customers order
• Monitor and packing of incoming parts for delivery to customer in Singapore and combined with partial stock from Singapore stock to customer
• Coordination with HQ France on delivery schedule, missing parts, wrong parts delivery for customers order
• Processing of customers requirement on issue of Certificate of Origin/Quality
• Open proforma Invoice for Customers order on advance payment
• Checking on payment details transaction with bank
• To be engaged in QHSE rules and guidelines as well as in the companys QHSE processes by being proactive in the recovery of abnormalities and of proposals for any improvements that may strengthen the quality, safety, health and environment of our activities, products and services on a long-term.

Requirements

• Min 2 years experience in similar capacity
• Meticulous and organised
• 1 year contract
