Order Management Specialist
Job Description:
Responsibilities
The Order Management Specialist in Singapore is responsible for processing and completing sales orders, including arranging customer shipments.
Responsibilities:
- Respond to inquiries about product availability, lead time, and pricing.
- Create and follow up on new items and customer entries in the system.
- Process and update sales orders.
- Track orders and update customers on their status.
- Follow up on payments and shipping details.
- Coordinate shipments with factories, warehouses, and forwarders.
- Prepare invoices and shipping documents, and manage filing.
- Review and prepare documents for LC presentation.
- Handle non-warranty claims.
- Communicate with customers, sales, and operations teams.
- Maintain and update sales order reports.
Requirements
- Diploma in business or related field with 1-2 years of experience.
- Strong customer service and computer skills.
- Adaptable and a good team player.
- Experience with Oracle system is a plus.
