Responsibilities

• Lead and manage CNC machining operations, including turning and milling, to ensure accuracy, productivity, and quality output.
• Program, set up, and troubleshoot CNC machines, ensuring smooth operations with minimal downtime.
• Integrate and manage robotic/cobot systems into production workflows to enhance automation and efficiency.
• Collaborate with engineering and production teams to improve machining processes and reduce cycle time.
• Train and mentor junior CNC machinists, ensuring consistent knowledge and safety practices across the team.
• Support continuous improvement projects, contributing ideas for smart manufacturing, process upgrades, and Industry 4.0 initiatives.

Requirements:

• Diploma or Degree in Mechanical/Manufacturing Engineering or related field
• Hands-on experience in CNC turning/milling with strong CNC programming knowledge
• Proven track record in robotic and cobot integration in a production environment
• Familiar with CAD/CAM software such as Mastercam, NX, or SolidWorks
