Responsibilities

• Be the main contact point for technical support / after sales service coordinator
• Maintain accurate records for receiving non-stock and expense items.
• Plan and monitor transportation activities to enhance delivery efficiency.
• Manage technical team on daily activities such as logistic route, repairing stages, delivery fulfilment etc.
• Liaising with support team on customer feedbacks, customer repairing requests, repairing and maintenance schedules.
• Provide technical advice to technicians on small home appliance products.

Requirements

• At least 2 years of relevant working experience in electrical/ home appliance repairing or technical support will be advantages.
• Proficient in Microsoft office.
• Good communication skills.
