Responsibilities:

• Ensure staff adherence to operational processes.
• Address day-to-day operational issues promptly.
• Prepare reports and delegate tasks to team members.
• Maintain warehouse cleanliness and enforce proper housekeeping standards.
• Investigate inventory discrepancies.
• Verify petty cash transactions and supplier invoices.
• Authorize overtime as needed.
• Hands-on experience in storekeeping is advantageous.
• Possess good communication skills.
• Ability to interact effectively with individuals at all levels.
• Capable of working independently with minimal supervision.

Requirements:

• Preferably 2 years of related experience
• Good in Microsoft Office Suite (e.g. Excel, Powerpoint, Outlook, VBA)
• Experience in using and creating operations dashboards (e.g. PowerBI, Tableau) is an added advantage
• Able to communicate effectively with internal / external customers
