• Working Hours : 830am to 530pm
• Salary Range : Up to S$4,800 Per month



Responsibilities:

• Assist the Manager to oversee the daily operations of the division
• Prepare and analyze billing reports, landlord monthly property consumption reports and tenant aging and receivables and monthly financial reports
• Ensure tenant invoices are uploaded to cloud portal for retrieval
• Ensure compliance with accounting principles and landlord SOPs



Requirements:

• Minimum Diploma in Accounting, Finance, or related field
• Proven experience as an accountant or in a similar role
• Strong understanding of accounting principles and practices
• Proficiency in accounting software and MS Office Suite, particularly Excel
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
• Ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Attention to detail and high level of accuracy
