Location: Pioneer ( with free shuttle bus )

Working Hours: Monday Friday, 8:00am 5.33pm

Job Responsibilities:

1. Prepare and optimize daily production & delivery plan for

mesh, WP or other product range (Steel Product: CAB [Cut and Bend], Caging) to fulfil customer requirement

2. Plan feed material to support daily production requirement

3. Minimize setup change to maximize machine throughput to

minimize production cost

4. Coordinate closely with ICD, Customer Facing Team, Production

and Logistics to ensure smooth execution of daily production & delivery

plan from feed material planning to delivery of FG to customer.

5. Adopt technology and productivity tools to continuously

improve planning process and supply chain to reduce planning cycle time,

minimize manual efforts & material wastage.

Requirements:

• Degree or Diploma in Supply Chain / Industrial Engineering
• Experience in production planning & scheduling preferably in a manufacturing environment and construction industry is a plus
• Good knowledge in supply chain management and planning software
• Meticulous with sound analytical and logical thinking skills
• A good team player, committed, responsible with strong follow-up, communication and interpersonal skills
• Able to Multitask effectively and work in a fast-paced environment
• Must be willing to work on rostered Saturday, off day will be commensurate on weekday or allowance $200/Saturday
