Responsibilities:

Project

• Coordinate all financial aspects relating to projects; Drive optimization of Project cash flow and project revenues through proactive monitoring of collections and project status.
• Carry out regular project reviews with business unit, monitor overall project performances.
• Participate in bid committees review meeting.
• Ensure compliance of internal approval matrix from bidding process to the order log in.
• Ensure alignment of international financial accounting standards during bidding and order log in.
• Analyze and interpret financial data to identify trends, patterns, and opportunities for improvement in business performance.
• Develop key performance indicators for project-related metrics.
• Provide project financial trainings to project admin and sales team to ensure their competency.
• Assist in any other tax matters as assigned.

Financial, Planning & Analysis

• Assist in monthly forecast and annual budget exercise
• Provide insightful analysis of business financial performance of profit & loss and balance sheet accounts, and Budget against Forecast.
• Deep-dive into financial data, analyse trends, identify key drivers of performance
• Support, monitor and work closely with AP, AR team and FP&A team on cash flow forecast
• Improve working capital management

Requirements:

• Degree in Accountancy
• At least 5 years of relevant working experience
• Highly analytical, organized, detailed, proactive, able to work independently under tight deadlines
• Team player and able to collaborate with others
