Location: Ang Mo Kio

Working Hours: Monday Friday, ( 8am 5.30pm )

Basic up $4500 + AWS + VB

Job Description:

1) Responsible for maintaining QMS, RBA management systems & Document control.

2) Conduct internal audits. Ensure production readiness for both 3rd party certification body and customer audits.

3) Handle customer claims, RMA and quality issues. Follow up closely with customers and the relevant department, on all local and overseas non-conformances & 8D reports.

4) Maintain, conduct regular review of calibration & preventive maintenance spec for tools, instruments & equipment.

5) Generate monthly report/summary of OQA rejects, Customer Returns, RMA, external and internal 8D.

6) Maintain Customer Requirement database and work with Sales/Design teams for any new customer requirement and specs.

7) Conducts training for new hired on the Quality & RBA systems.

8) Performs other duties that maybe assigned from time to time.

Requirements:

• Minimum Diploma/Degree in Electronics / Mechanical or relevant discipline
• Minimum 3 years of working experiences in ISO 9001 QMS / RBA Management system, preferably in manufacturing or Semiconductor related industries.
• Certified lead Auditor for ISO 9001:2015 QMS
• Knowledge in problem solving methodologies - 8D, 5WHY, FMEA
