Working Hours: Monday Friday, 8:00 am to 5:15 pm OR 8:30 am to 5:45 pm

Job Responsibilities:

• Take charge of recruitment process (including shortlisting of candidates, on-boarding, orientation, employee records maintenance, off-boarding).
• Full-spectrum of HR administrations, including letter generation, performance appraisal, and other HR-related functions.
• Tracking and processing confirmation and contract reviews.
• Act as cover for Monthly payroll processing and other associated statutory contributions and claims, such as CPF submissions, IRAS tax submissions, FWL, Childcare, NS Pay and Maternity, etc
• Help organize training & development initiatives and training administration.
• Assist in staff engagement activities.
  
  

Requirements:· 

• Minimum Diploma in relevant field.
• Possess minimum 1 year of working experience in HR generalist role, with payroll function.
• Good understanding of the Singapore employment laws and CPF acts.
• Meticulous and pays strict attention to details.
• A good team player and also able to work independently with minimal supervision
