Position: Operations Executive

Industry: Commodity Trading (Oil)

Location: Temasek Ave area

Salary Range: S$4,000 to S$6,800

Responsibilities:

• Preparation of full set shipping documentations (Contracts, invoice, packing list, certificate of origin, letter of credit application preparation, bill of lading instructions, credit/debit notes, LOI etc)
• Contracts drafting according to deals
• Handling of L/C related activities
• Liaising with relevant stakeholders on cargo status and documentations
• Be responsible to monitor payment procedures and liaise with finance team on monthly reconciliation on operations payment
• Maintain frequent and good relationship with customers contact both internal and external, proactively foresee and highlight the opportunities and risk/exposure

Requirements:

• Min Diploma in Business Studies / Management or relevant qualifications
• Min 3 years of experience in similar capacity within the commodity trading sector, dealing with international trade
• Experience with oil products will be a plus (e.g crude oil / fuel oil)
• Familiar with trade execution in a commodity trading environment
• Microsoft office proficiency
