Senior/ Executive, Marketing (CRM)
Job Description:
Responsibilities
- Work with Head of Marketing & Sales to conceptualise Retention Promotions and Smart Rewards programmes to engage, build brand love and drive renewal contracts.
- Work with creative agencies to develop campaign messages and creatives.
- Manage comms calendar and communications to existing customers.
- Understand renewal cycles and provide monthly renewal and churn reports.
- Champion mobile app revamp project with developers and UX/UI designers.
- Review and update renewal journey periodically to enhance renewal propositions across all service and communication touchpoints.
- Conceptualise and generate engagement programmes to understand customer profile and behaviour.
- Work with DIT to ensure proper data collection, storage, reporting and usage of data points.
- Provide segmentation and customer profiling reports and insights quarterly.
Requirements
- Minimum a Degree in Marketing or similar field.
- At least 2years of experience in CRM/ loyalty marketing.
- Strong analytical skills.
- Able to work independently or as a team.
