Executive (Service Management)
Job Description:
- Planning, development, implementation and evaluation of social programmes/projects
- Co-lead the planning, development, and implementation of new programmes, through a well defined project management framework
- Assist in managing and improving existing/new/pilot patient programmes and processes.
- Monitor and evaluate existing/new/pilot programmes to ensure a high implementation fidelity, and hence, reduce the degree of programmes drift from its intended purpose.
- Communicate clearly to both internal and external stakeholders with regards to program planning, development and delivery, with a focus in promoting both stakeholders collaboration and support.
- Assist in drafting management papers, project evaluation forms, change requests, project-related proposals, purchase request, invoices and payment updates from stakeholders.
- Collate, prepare, and analyze the data into an report for management's review
- Support other related teams and departments operations.
Requirements:
- A degree in any social service related field (Social work, Sociology, Counselling, or Psychology) is preferred.
- Experience or certification in Project Management would have an added advantage.
- Preferably 1-2 years of working experiences.
- Well spoken and public presentation skills
- Good organizational and interpersonal skills
- Able to work independently with minimum supervision
