Job description:

• Support the Marketing team to deliver and execute strategic marketing plans across digital and social media platforms to drive and build brand awareness
• Assist in the development of marketing collaterals and materials for distribution through various channels when necessary
• Assist in developing content of different forms to effectively engage developers in our community
• Support and take charge of several social media accounts, crafting social content targeted at developers to spark online conversations and increase engagement and followers
• Track, measure, and analyse all initiatives to report on social media ROI
• Assist in the planning of community engagement events

What we are looking for:

• 1-2 years of experience in marketing
• Strong interest in Marketing, Technology or Web3
• Highly creative in thinking of out-of-the-box ideas for marketing, and has experience in running digital and offline campaigns
• A good team player with excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Intimate understanding of traditional and emerging marketing channels and tools
• Experience in setting up and optimizing Google Adwords and social media campaigns
• Strong analytical skills and data-driven thinking
• Detail-oriented, highly organised and able to manage multiple tasks and projects simultaneously
• Strong written and verbal communications skills in English
• Good knowledge of graphic design software (Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, etc.) preferred
