This is a 6-Months Contract (Renewable)

Responsibilities:

New Device and Software Testing

• Testing of new TV apps clients:
• Mobile and Web applications
• Smart TV applications
• StarHub set-top box applications
• Wi-Fi router
• Inter-device compatibility testing
• Prepare detailed test cases to identify bugs and performance issues
• Organize robust and consistent testing environment
• Report issues and track resolution and re-testing with technical team

Product Operations

• Assist in operational reporting and preparation of documentations
• Assist in inventory tracking
• Coordinate with stakeholders for tracking project milestones and progress
• Coordinate with stakeholders for resolution of system defects and production incidents

Preferred Skillsets

• Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word and PowerPoint)
• Experienced in using Project Tracking software, e.g. JIRA
• Basic proficiency in audio-visual equipment and routers
• Meticulous and attention to details
