Working hours 9am to 5.45pm
Working days Mon to Fri

Job description:
- Work in Global Supply Chain organization, to support various SCM functions including demand management, S&OP process, warehouse and distribution operation.
- Handle Order to Cash process throughout the Companys network.
- Perform daily operation activities in purchase order, sales order and delivery management including, for example, release replenishment PO to the China factory, accept customer orders, release SO and packing list to customers, arrange delivery routing.
- Handle shipping documents, work with agents, forwarders, Shipping lines and Authorities, to ensure goods are properly cleared the Custom and stock in Companys warehouse
- Adhere the policy and follow the SOP which are defined by HQ and Supervisors.
- Maintain system data correctly and timely.
Requirement:
- Diploma / Certificate in Supply Chain or Business Administration or
- Minimum 1 years working experience in SCM, logistic operation or customer service. Preferably experience in MNC or manufacturing.
- Must be computer literate Microsoft excel, Word and etc.
- Able to work independently, committed and communicate well with SCM professionals, customers, shipping company and oversea office.
