Location: East ( Transport Pick up at Tanah Merah MRT )

Working Hours: Monday - Friday, 8:00 am to 5:15 pm OR 8:30 am to 5:45 pm
Good Remuneration Package

The Job:

• Assist in design marketing content for presentation/demonstration/ display to event clients.
• Handle phone calls and written enquiries for corporate/private sales.
• Negotiate with clients to reach a sales agreement, handling the signing of agreements, churning out the Event/Catering Order, etc.
• Support on-site event execution.
• Raise billing requests to bill the customer after an event and ensure that all admin matters are dealt with.
• Handle customers enquiries on bills.

Requirements:

• Minimum A Levels or Diploma Holder with 2-year experience in similar field.
• 1-2 years of sales and marketing experience, preferably in F&B/Hospitality/Event-organising related industry.
• Out-going, people person, detailed, can work independently.
• Willing to work beyond normal office hours if required
