HR Manager (Aerospace/ up to 9.5k)

 Job Description:

Responsibilities

  • Manage the end-to-end HR functions.
  • This role requires individuals to work with and be a member of the Site Leadership Team. This position will be required to support employee relation matters, to enrich & engage employees, and to provide internal development opportunities for all employees
  • Sitting on Senior Leadership Team and engaging with senior Management team.
  • Develop and implement the human resource strategy that aligns with the organisation's vision, mission and long term business objectives.
  • Provide HR advice and applying continuous improvement principles in order to maximize the effectiveness of human resource in achieving sustainable success.
  • Support management by providing human resource advice, counsel and decisions.
  • Execute internal communications campaigns to drive employee education and engagement around the division and regional strategy.
  • Plan, implement and facilitate HR initiatives (such as workforce planning, talent management and rewards planning).
  • Promote and increase cross-functional collaboration and partnership.
  • Actively grow the abilities and skills of employees through formal training programs, mentorship and hands-on learning.
  • Ensure that all HR programs are implemented in line with the organization's human resource strategies.
  • Be an advocate for and drive the organization culture.
  • Be responsible for Organisation Development pillar or HPS.
  • Support the Site Integration Initiatives with Integration Leaders.
  • Ensure effective execution of compensation strategy for the region and effective management of payroll.
  • Manage HR team in the region and interact with other teams in region and group.
  • Ensure compliance with local employment law.

Requirements

  • Degree in HR and at least 10 years of relevant working experience in a similar capability.
  • Familiar with the Employment Act, Industrial Relations Act, Labour laws and prevailing HR practices and legislation in Singapore.
  • Excellent interpersonal, negotiation, stakeholder management and conflict resolution skills.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
  • Ability to act with integrity, professionalism, and confidentiality.
  • Proficient with Microsoft Office, with Payroll System or similar
