Responsibilities:

• Responsible for inspection of new part, and advance inspection planning for NPI projects.
• Interface between the internal factories globally in terms of material quality.
• To work closely with supplier quality engineers in Asia and Europe.
• First article, Incoming inspection on mechanical and electrical parts
• Support R&D for prototype inspection and internal calibration for gages, jigs, and fixture
• CMM programming for new parts and GOM or other optical inspection for prototype parts
• Supplier Source Audit and assist Engineer in non-conformance management.
• Training intern and ensure supplier uses the right equipment for inspection.
• Other admin work related to supplier quality that include purchase request

Requirements:

• Diploma, ITE in Mechanical, Electrical engineering or any other related discipline

• Minimum of 2 years of similar experience in original equipment manufacturer / contract manufacturing.
• CMM Programming skill, preferably Zeiss and calibration process knowledge
• Drawing knowledge preferably Advanced Geometrical Dimension and Tolerancing knowledge
• Preferably inspection knowledge on PCBA, cable and other electrical parts
