Responsibilities:

• Manage a portfolio of accounts to ensure timely debt collection and recovery.
• Conduct field visits to meet clients and negotiate settlements.
• Liaise with legal advisors to pursue legal action for debt recovery, when necessary.
• Keep accurate and up-to-date records of all collection activities.
• Maintain a high level of customer service while adhering to company policies and procedures.
• Collaborate with internal departments to resolve disputes and discrepancies.
• Continuously improve the debt collection process by identifying opportunities for efficiency and effectiveness.

Requirements:

• A minimum of 5 years of field collection experience, preferably in the financial services industry.
• Legal experience or knowledge related to debt recovery processes.
• Strong negotiation and communication skills, both written and verbal.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• High level of integrity and professionalism.
• Detail-oriented with strong organizational and time management skills.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
• Possess a Driver's license.
