Senior Executive, Corporate Communication

 Job Description:

Main Responsibilities

  • Manage full spectrum of social media platforms (Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, YouTube)
  • Strategise, craft and publish social media content on a daily basis, ensuring that content on different platforms is catered appropriately to their respective target audience
  • Provide timely updates to social media, including live event updates, latest news and public announcements
  • Study social media algorithm and tips/tricks to find ways of increasing reach and engagement
  • Analyse social media insights and generate monthly reports with observations and recommendations
  • Conceptualise new and innovative ways of content creation, including new formats, influencer marketing, collaborations, etc
  • Ensure visual branding consistency across all social media platforms
  • Provide editorial advice and support for publicity materials, coordinate multi-language translations when required
  • Support in monitoring and generating daily media reports (MMR) and recommend appropriate follow-up actions
  • Explore compelling story angles to achieve highest brand visibility in print, broadcast, TV and online media platforms, proactively pitch media stories
  • See through interviews, manage patient story video productions or photoshoots
  • Manage media queries, coordinate and prepare replies to drive for a favourable angle to shape positive perception and opinion
  • Coordinate efforts to update online/offline communication materials, ensuring information is accurate on facts and key messages, and up-to-date with latest patient statistics
  • Assist in developing official correspondence or speeches
  • Assist in event planning and execution
  • Support internal communication efforts
  • Work closely with other team members to drive and manage ad-hoc projects and integrated marketing communications
  • Provide strategic communication advisory to other departments on programmes and communications collaterals

Requirements:

  • Degree in Journalism and Communication or related disciplines
    Degree in Life Sciences with relevant experience may be considered
  • 3-5 years relevant working experience in Corporate Communications or Marketing Communications
  • Prior healthcare experience will be an advantage
  • Able to drive new initiatives, have strong influencing skills, develop strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders across multiple functions
  • Strong PR and marketing acumen, able to innovate and provide creative and valuable insights and ideas
  • Effectively bilingual
  • Excellent writing ability
  • Meticulous and proactive
  • Able to work under pressure and meet tight timelines as required
  • Team-player
