Job Description:



• Assisting the Key Account Manager in formulating sales and marketing strategies for key accounts and reviewing Trading Terms for each account, including the preparation of negotiation proposals.
• Maintaining accurate records of ongoing activities, both above-the-line (ATL) and below-the-line (BTL).
• Supplying Key Account teams with clear, precise, and timely promotional information, ensuring effective execution at retail outlets.
• Regularly documenting sales reports for all assigned accounts and analysing sales data to pinpoint growth opportunities.
• Offering post-sales support to clients, which encompasses tasks like invoicing, report preparation, complaint handling, and resolution of issues as they arise.
• Planning, scheduling, monitoring, and overseeing promotional calendar activities and trade-related expenses in alignment with business and brand strategies.
• Evaluating and analysing sales trends to enhance brand performance and boost sales volume.

Requirements:



• Minimum requirement of a Diploma in Sales or Marketing.
• At least 1 year experience, particularly within the pharmaceutical product sector.
• An attentive listener who can discern client needs effectively.
• Capable of establishing and nurturing professional relationships.
• Strong attention to detail, exceptional organizational skills, and adeptness in multitasking.
• Proficiency in Microsoft software.

• Ability to work both independently and collaboratively as a valuable team member.
