Customer Service Officer (Automotive)

  • Greet and engage every customer in a friendly and professional manner.
  • Serve as the first point of telephone contact for customer support requests.
  • Accurately collect and update customer personal details, vehicle registration, and ownership information; raise change management forms as needed.
  • Log all customer interactions, including compliments and complaints, in the CRM system.
  • Ensure complete and accurate data entry in CRM and schedule appointments across all service centres.
  • Screen technical calls and assign them to the correct Customer Service Advisor (CSA) and payment method.
  • Optimize workshop capacity by efficiently assigning vehicles to service centres.
  • Offer general advice to customers in a timely and professional manner.
  • Assist in generating daily, weekly, and monthly operational reports.
  • Hand over vehicles to customers with a basic explanation of completed work.

Requirements:

    • Minimum O level with at least 2 years of experience in the customer service industry.
    • Strong customer service and communication skills.
    • Ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced environment.
    • Customer-focused with a proactive service mindset.
    • Working Hours : Monday to Friday: 8am to 530pm, Alt Sat, 8am - 11am, OT payable 
    • Working Location: near Mountbatten
