Job Description



• Perform technical maintenance and troubleshooting activities associated with Video management system.
• Maintain critical systems to ensure service uptime and meet operational performance expectations.
• Execute action response for all onsite operational incidents and ensure all incidents are resolved within SLA.
• Performs all duties in a safe and orderly manner, without interruptions to production, and in accordance with approved procedures, Company policies and comply with all environmental, health and safety rules.
• Maintain good communications and relationship among project team and customers.
• Report work discrepancies, defects and inconsistency.
• Generate daily maintenance reports.
• Any other tasks and duties as directed by the superior or Management.

Job Requirement



• Min Nitec in Information Technology (IT), Electronics, or relevant qualification.
• Must be able to work in a 12-hour rotating shift work schedule.
• Good documentation, communications and presentations skills.
• Experience in Microsoft Office productivity software.
• Basic Knowledge on Windows Server and workstations.
• Basic Knowledge on Local Area Networking, switch configuration and VLANs.
• Entitled to variable shift allowance per month depending on number of shifts worked
• 4 day work week , 12 hours rotating shift (7-7)
